sometimes, we dress to show our professionalism or our character. But, the dress could become your liability when it becomes exposed to elements which not suppose to be. Worse cane of the person is someone whom is a leader of an organisation or a group.
We do know some ministers don't have time to write their speech and let their political secretary to do it. Nevertheless, the speechwriter, is also someone whom is in the same mindset as the leader. But when a person from behind writes the speech and the leader merely accepts it, that doesn't proves leadership. Famous writers including local ones like citizen nades or raja petra has their own tone and they never allow someone else to write their speech. If you are merely a forwarder of a email, this proves you are merely a follower and not a leader.
People respect Tony fernandes as he just bought the company called Air Asia for RM1 with huge debt and turn it around. Same goes to Idris Jala whom is also known as turn around king. This people could have closed the company if they would have thought. But their positive egoism made them to turn around the company. It would just take 5 minutes to close a bank account, probably a year to liquidate a company and merely a letter to close certain organisation or association. But if it's easy, a non-leader could do it. You will be called a leader when you lead the task and and achieve a credible stage. Even if you don't succeed at least you have tried. Even without trying and having mentor and coaches and guides to help, if you just close the thing, then whats the point of creating such organisation.
Have you ever thought of the hard work that has been put in to create the club and you just close it with few minutes.
