Revington finally says Good Bye

Finally Paul Revington has tendered his resignation for 2nd time and it's his final decision. The reason for his resignation is Stress related illness.

It looks like it's a silly reason for a international coach to say it, as he has coached Ireland and South Africa previously.

Nevertheless, what I suspect is the management i.e MHC could have just instructed him to coach the team, rather than choosing the right players. In addition, he didn't had rights to choose his own assistants and had to listen to MHC too, where he had additional assistants such as Dharmaraj, and Gobinathan.

In addition, Dharmaraj was also interested to replace and takeover senior team and looks like there could be some hiccups happened in the committee.

Although, Malaysia made it to World cup after long absence, furthermore with mathematical chance. Nevertheless, Paul has revive to his level best the team especially, when they qualified for finals of Azlan Shah cup last year.

Arul Selvaraj has been given the honor to coach the youth team for 2016 world youth cup.

End of the day, it's the management mentality which needs to be changed, if you need to see the development.
