No Hard Rock Cafe for Putrajaya

The Perbadanan Putrajaya Director has decided not to pursue with the idea of having alcoholic beverage cafe in the administrative capital.

Even the Minister of Federal Territory allows it so long it's open on for stipulated time during the day.
My question is, why did you ll allowed it for Kuala Lumpur them? followed by Kota Kinabalu and then Historical city Melaka.

If the director takes in pinion of public from Facebook and twitter, why cant the government do the same when petrol price, tariff rate and food price increases.

In addition, we don't see the positive outcome, where we have more tourist attraction and there could be capital inflow, in having additional hotels or entertainment centers thorough this cafe.
