Cars in ASEAN

Looks like Malaysia is still the cheapest in ASEAN countries for car price. But, why are we still comparing with ASEAN countries and not the rest. Even if Singapore is expensive, their public transportation is really effective and properly planned.

Now, can we compare with Singapore again?
