Here's the prove that Tamil's influence in Malay language

Tamil is definitely one of the oldest language in the world and the only ancient language still being spoken.

Tunku Abdul Rahman words

While the current government is going towards Malay Muslim sentiment with Ketuanan Melayu elements, we need to get the entire races to unite against this racism

Go to place where they respect, value and appreciate you

Few days ago I was given the opportunity to be part of the panel speakers for MIA Toastmasters, where it was a discussion on financial industry. I had previledge to share the stage (virtually) with senior member Mr.Chen and my MIA YPC buddy Richard.

While all of us are accountants, our task is to ensure the audience feel glad to be in the industry and ensure how they can enhance their career to ensure its not a boring career.

It was a great experience with moderator Jeff, where the questions posed were related to softskills mainly on leadership and communication skills.

While there were many questions posed which was as part of the moderation, the main task of a speaker is to attract, influence and inspire the audience. While the moderations, there were many responses, and1 response which caught my attention was as attached above.

Someone, whom has been a stranger, and got connected through those few minutes is the art of the leader/communicator. We could have come from different background, genre, race/religion, but we shared the same motive/concept, which I felt as a great leader you would need to break all this conventional method or orthodox way of thinking.

While we have so many keyboard warriors, buy putting comments through fake profiles, here I'm seeing true people whom respects and appreciates for what you are and what you do.

In politics there's no permanent Friend or Enemy

Within Span of 2 weeks, 2 major news sparked for the current ruling party.

Gerakan came back to PN after exiting the BN in 2018. Having lost all the state and central seats in GE14, the multiracial party whom were once has stronghold in Penang has lost people's trust. even when previous President Mah Swee Keong was only MP in previous GE13 (with win through bi-election).

With formation of PN and TSMY has invited them to the party and got it sealed on recent virtual CNY celebration.

yesterday, former minister and UMNO Perlis state liaison chairman has given opinion to open the door for Tun M to be back to UMNO, of course with conditions. It was also supported by UMNO veteran , Ku Li, where they felt, with his inclusion to the team/party, the party hope to gets it's stronghold and people's trust for GE15.

While PN's aim is for Malay Muslim government, on other side, there's a faction between UMNO itself, where a pact is supporting TSMY and others wants UMNO to exit PN and stay as BN.

While MCA and MIC still appears to be weak and Sabah BN component parties has proved they are gaining momentum with recent win in state bi-election.

Even Ku-Li had his won party called Semangat 46, and thereafter the party joined UMNO. Thus, with current status of Malay based party which has 5 of them (UMNO, PAS, Amanah, Bersatu and Pejuang), they hope, they could reduce the number of parties and re-unite the malays. Furthermore, with rejection by ROS on registration of Pejuang, Tun M and his team would definitely need an umbrella to represent and contest for GE15, which would be expected to be held upon dissolving the emergency committee.
