After the final Circuit Run, I wanted to relax my muscles. So on Tuesday I ran on the field for 1 hour. Then, yesterday I wanted to go another 1 hour run, but since yesterday morning, I cought up with bad flu and slight fever.
I tired to do slow jog at Bkt Kiara, but after 2 loops, I was feeling tired. I didnt want to push as this is the crucial time for "The Race".
I'm triying for final long run perhaps on sunday.
I can feel the pressure already for the race.
