Crab Teachers

There always people/leaders whom they think they know everything, but in fact they are just half past 6. you could be good in something, but doesn't mean you are good in everything. When you join a team/organisation, first, you need to respect the seniors and respect their experience. Just because, you have the power now, doesn't mean that you can abuse the power to take silly actions .First they need to educate themselves first before teaching or leading others.

It's just like a crab teaching its children on how to walk.
