blackout leaders

a true leader is someone whom delegates the task and coach them. Upon his/her period is over, they should just sideline and let the subordinates/successors to perform. we can give suggestion and guide upon request but it doesn't mean that you should control or do that person's task.

Then, how the subordinates or successors would progress or perform if you are standing in front of them as a hurdle or even as a big giant.

Should you be interested on the task, then just take over that position, till a suitable candidate takes over you, rather than just doing things behind the screen and try to point finger on the rest when you are in a issue.

Great things are not on your body size but on your ability to think and do big.

MH 370 has crashed

Last night at 10pm, Our PM announced that MH370 has ended at Indian ocean, which mean basically it crashed into the sea. The announcement was based on analysis by satellite company Inmarsat and UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).

I just wonder, how can he confirm that people also were dead. The people could be still alive somewhere. Next, why USA team is not involved in this justification. The debris noted by Australian Government also were not confirmed. Finally, why did the flight went to South of Perth from Kelantan. The flight could have stopped at Langkawi or Penang, but went towards Maldives and finally drowned or went missing in Indian Ocean.

The ocean is very deep that it could go as deep at 3km to 7km. Only submarine can be used to search this people.

Really hoping something new will pop up.

Crab Teachers

There always people/leaders whom they think they know everything, but in fact they are just half past 6. you could be good in something, but doesn't mean you are good in everything. When you join a team/organisation, first, you need to respect the seniors and respect their experience. Just because, you have the power now, doesn't mean that you can abuse the power to take silly actions .First they need to educate themselves first before teaching or leading others.

It's just like a crab teaching its children on how to walk.

Current status of MH 370

Sometimes it's not worth watching Astro Awani, as they are repeating the same stuff for the past 1 week. It's good that we receive CNN news in Malaysia and we get to know the real updates.

As of today, 14 countries, 43 ships and 58 aircraft are involved in the search. From Vietnam sea, they have also expanded the search to Andaman sea.

It's official, that the flight had changed it's direction to the west, when it reached near Thailand/Kelantan/Terengganu border, which is South China Sea.

he funny thing is, the Malaysian government spent more than RM1 million to get bomoh and he can still say that the flight could be on air. Even a school student knows the flight would not have fuel after sometime. Then, we had super sketch at KLIA, where another bomoh came with 3 other assistance and started to do some stunts with coconut, broom, basket and tikar. Yet, no proper results.

Prime minister gave press release, but didn't attend to their questions. Looks like our government also not brave enough to face international journalist.

It's a straight fight

MCA Vice President Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun will go against PKR's President Datuk Seri Wan Azizah. Other speculated candidates pulled out as their aim was merely to go against Anwar Ibrahim and not for the seat.

Mei Fun is gaining popularity through getting volunteers for MH370 whereas Azizah is gaining her side of popularity trough her husband's conviction.

Brooks Run - 9 March'14

I'm back here after 3 years. I planned to take part in 5km as I was to gain fitness before going for longer distance. Since, I was in top 10 in 2010 and 2011, I had sight if I can squeeze into top 10 again.

Nevertheless, We had seasoned runner Jothpal, several school state runners. It started at 6.10am and sharp flag off. I was going at 4 minute pace for 1st km and manage to break from the pelathon and got into the leading group.

The 1st 500M itself was a uphill/slope, thus it manage to break us from the slow running group. Nevertheless, it also broke me from the group and made me to go on my own for the rest of 4km.

As we reached 2nd km, we were joined with 21km runners. There was a marshal sounded "why 5km runners are running with 21km?" looks like he didn't understand the running route well.

It was a simple route without much turning though it had 2 to 3 slopes. There was a water station which needed to refresh ourself.

As we get int final 1km, we had the 10km runners with us and as I saw the Bukit Jalil LRT, I knew I have to finish it by making speed moves.

My timing was 26:37, which initially I felt disappointing for a 5km race. Thereafter I realised, it was 6km. Thus, I'm happy to do 4.5minute pace for the race.

India's next prime minister

There are 7 key contenders.

Narendra Modi: Chief minister of Gujarat since 2001, the 63-year-old Modi has a proven track record as a development-oriented leader. Gujarat’s transformation under him during the past 12 years has made him arguably the most popular living politician of India. However, the blot of 2002 Gujarat riots in which over a thousand, mostly Muslims, were killed continues to haunt Modi. With no evidence thus far found against him for his alleged involvement in the riots and some favourable court verdicts has made him more acceptable to even some of the secular parties. Ironically, the man who would make his debut as an MP if elected form Lucknow, the erstwhile constituency of his idol Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Modi stands the best chance to become the new Indian prime minister.

Rahul Gandhi: The 43-year-old vice president of the Congress party could be the next prime minister in case the UPA get another term in office. Enjoys a clean image despite people around him facing corruption charges. Though he has been a parliamentarian for the past 10 years, has no administrative experience.Gandhi is the fifth generation politician form the famous Nehru-Gandhi clan which has given the nation three prime ministers in his father Rajiv Gandhi, grandmother Indira Gandhi and great grandfather Jawaharlal Nehru. Despite being a charming figure, he has failed in converting his charm into votes and has a dismal track record as star campaigner of the Congress party.

Arvind Kejriwal: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is going to polls under the leadership of its 45-year-old chief Arvind Kejriwal, dropping broad hints that he is their prime ministerial candidate. However, it is not yet certain if he would contest the Lok Sabha election. Came to power in Delhi with the outside support of the Congress party and quit after 49 days allegedly to focus on parliamentary polls. Chances of becoming the prime minister not too high considering AAP continues with its strategy of neither offering its support nor accepting support from any other party. The ensuing polls can be both make or break event even for both AAP and Kejriwal. Credited for making corruption the focus point in the polls.

Mamata Banerjee: The 59-year-old West Bengal chief minister’s ambitions have soared to new heights after iconic anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare certified her the best prime minister India can have. A street fighter, Banerjee is known for her simple life and clean image. She has almost served half of her five year tenure as West Bengal chief minister without any major achievement to boast of other than driving the Marxists who ruled West Bengal for 34 straight years out of the state assembly. Her chances rest on how many seats her Trinamool Congress manages to win from 42 parliamentary seats from her home state, though her party has plans of putting up candidates from other states too. Can play both kingmaker or game spoiler. Famous for her maverick style and swinging moods.

J. Jayalalitha: the 64-year-old Tamil Nadu chief minister has of late been flaunting her national ambitions openly and accepted birthday cake in the shape of the Indian parliament with a smile on February 24. Much will depend on whether the Tamil Nadu voters, who elect 39 MPs, serve parliament to her on the platter too.
Jayalalitha joined the Third Front despite being considered close to BJP’s Modi. Is known as a maverick politician who pulled down the Atal Bihar Vajpayee government in 1998 after withdrawing support for no apparent reason.

Mulayam Singh Yadav: The 74-year-old Samajwadi Party chief fancies his chances of becoming the third socialist leader after Chaudhary Charan Singh and Chandra Shekhar to become the prime minister. Has served as a federal minister and Uttar Pradesh chief minister. The desire to become the prime minister is so farce that he opted to make his son Akhilesh Yadav the Uttar Pradesh chief minister after Samajwadi Party emerged victorious in 2012 state polls to focus on parliamentary polls. Most acceptable face in the Third Front. His fate will hinge on how many out of 80 Lok Sabha seats of Uttar Pradesh his party manages to win.

Nitish Kumar: The 62-year-old Bihar chief minister is another prime minister aspirant from the Third Front stable. His work as the chief minister of one of the most backward states over the past eight years has made him a national figure. However, fearing that being seen in the company of Narendra Modi would make him unpopular with his Muslim voters, he led the Janata Dal-United to snap ties with the BJP which many feel may prove counterproductive for him. Least chances among all probables to become the next prime minister.
